Hand on Heart has been called our Signature Exercise. It is our ceremony of greeting and departure, and many treasure it as a profound way to connect with one another. If there were one exercise that is most universal, and representative of HAI, it would be Hand on Heart. 

Because of its universality, we consider our Hand on Heart Circle to be our base level of membership: just $20 per month. It is our wish that every HAI Graduate finds it in her or his heart to donate at his level (or above). While most of us wouldn't miss $20 per month or $240 per year, many of us donating at this level will make a tremendous difference for HAI Global, and allow us to reach many, many more people with our life-changing work. Please consider donating at this level or above.
